LEIGH Library is just the ticket for the under fives.
A new section has opened in a dinosaur decorated area with books and activities aimed at the very young.
The project, part of a government-backed investment in children scheme, aims to improve achievement and social skills and cultivate readers of the future.
Professional tale teller Fran O'Boyle joined the children to cut the ribbon then followed up with a story session.
