AN exhibition of new work by Jonathan Shaw has just opened at the Town House Gallery in Lancaster.
Shaw first walked into the Lancaster gallery two years ago with his portfolio, and several of his paintings were displayed and sold with remarkable speed.
The enthusiasm his original paintings initiated in local collectors was repeated in galleries elsewhere, and now, Shaw is recognized as a major talent on the contemporary art scene.
This new collection of Shaw's dramatic seascapes is on show for the first time in the North West and includes some large original canvases as well as signed limited editions.
The exhibition 'Northern Lights' is open 9.30am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday) at the Town House in Market Street, Lancaster.
