A MOORLAND Pony has proved a big money-spinner for pupils at Darwen Moorland High School.
Young Enterprise team, Pegasus, comprising 15 pupils aged between 14 and 16-years-old, swept the board at the borough's annual school competition.
The group has won four awards for its creation of The Adventure of Mo, The Moorland Pony -- a book sold throughout Darwen's shops and made available to the town's primary schools.
The book is so successful that Urdu and Gujarat copies are in production.
Liz West, school head of business studies, said: "The group won four awards for best stand, best young company, best company and most innovative product. We are all absolutely delighted with the results."
The team will go on to the East Lancashire Competition next month at Mytton Fold Farm, Whalley.
Liz said: "If we get through there we'll be going to London and that's our aim."
