A 22-YEAR-OLD man was due in Preston Magistrates' court this morning charged with the suspected murder of a local man.
David Worgan, was charged with the murder of Andrew Tomms after the 20-year-old was found close to Aqualenium nightclub on Church Street in Preston on Saturday, April 12.
Mr Tomms, of Jutland Street, was found with critical injuries at about 2am, and it is thought he was stabbed.
He was taken to Royal Preston Hospital where he later died.
