IN this world, where Christianity appears to play a much diminishing part, I applaud both Blackburn and Darwen markets in forgetting profit and allowing people to dwell on that holy day, Good Friday.
The fish market being open I agree with, as it is a day of abstinence. Even so, they are open only so long.
