ALL eyes will focus on Highbury tonight where Arsenal take on Manchester United in a potential championship decider.
But as far as all Blackburn fans are concerned, the real issues could be decided at Old Trafford on Saturday where Rovers will attempt to pull off the 'double double'.
After beating Arsenal twice already this season, Graeme Souness's side now has the opportunity to repeat that feat against United.
And what an achievement that would be in a season where the Gunners and the Reds have proved themselves to be head and shoulders above the rest of the pack once again.
It's a measure of how far Rovers have come in the last 12 months that the prospect of a 'double double' is still a realistic possibility.
Aside from a 5-1 defeat at Newcastle recently, Rovers' record against the top three is as good as any in the land.
And maybe United fans are counting their Easter chicks too early by claiming the title is virtually in the bag if they win in the capital tonight.
For anyone who dares to underestimate this current Rovers side does so at their peril.
Their 1-0 win over United at Ewood back in December was no fluke.
They proved that by going to Old Trafford three weeks later and securing a richly deserved draw in the first leg of the Worthington Cup semi-finals.
And although United then showed their class in the return at Ewood, they caught Rovers at a time when their resources were stretched to the limit.
That won't be the case on Saturday, however.
Rovers will head to Old Trafford with a settled side and confidence sky high after six wins from their last seven outings.
And they couldn't have picked a better time to play United if they tried.
Saturday's game is sandwiched directly in between the Reds' two biggest games of the season so far.
Whatever the outcome of tonight's clash at Highbury, it's sure to be a physically and mentally draining affair.
Then it's Real Madrid next week in the Champions League, where United must overturn a 3-1 deficit to progress to the semi-finals.
So it's not difficult to imagine a scenario where they might be slightly distracted come 3pm on Saturday afternoon.
On their day, United are stronger than Rovers, I'm not trying to deny that.
But what I am saying is if they are one or two per cent off their game on Saturday then Souness has a team which is more than capable of taking full advantage.
