INFLUENTIAL Manchester band A Certain Ratio are to make a return visit to Blackburn.
The band, who were on Factory Records, will play a one-off date at Blackburn's North Bar next Friday. Ronnie Brown from the bar said: "It is something of a coup for us as this gig isn't part of a bigger tour. The lads just played here last year and enjoyed themselves so much that they said they wanted to come back again."
