AS the months have passed and things are soon forgotten, I see the motorway signs are still there for 'Blackburn Services.' By the way, has anybody seen the sign at the junction of Hardman Way and Bolton Road, Darwen? -- Turn right for Blackburn Centre. I thought Darwen came first.
