POLICE will today continue their search for a knife-wielding robber who held up a Burnley store.
Glen View Stores, in Glen View Road, was held up by an armed raider on Tuesday night.
Detectives said no-one has been arrested and enquiries are due to continue today.
A man wearing a balaclava and carrying a silver six-inch knife burst into the general store at 10pm and told a shop worker to "give me the money." The man then fled with £300 in cash.
A Burnley CID spokesman said: "No-one has been arrested and enquiries are on-going."
CCTV footage from inside the store has been examined.
The robber was described as a white male, early 20s, 5ft 6ins to 5ft 11ins, medium build, wearing a black balaclava, and also wearing a dark waist length jacket, black gloves and dark trousers.
