DAREDEVIL staff at a Bury company have been roped in to a charity fundraiser.
Sarah Mills and Paula Twist, who work together at O2, will be abseiling 160 feet down the Renaissance Hotel in Manchester on Sunday to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
"People are never to young to realise the seriousness of cancer," said Sarah.
"Everyone is touched by it in some way and I believe that more younger people should get involved in fundraising to help prevent it. This event is also a real challenge for me as I am extremely scared of heights"
Meanwhile eight of Sarah and Paul's O2 colleagues have been encouraging other O2 staff to make donations by selling cakes, football cards, handsets and organising raffles.
So far £800 has been raised for the charity, but the team hopes to top this after Sunday's abseil.
