THE Pennine Bridleway Mountain Bike Challenge, which starts and finishes at Fearns Community High School, Booth Road, takes place on Sunday, May 25.
The 47-mile route is strenuous and demanding, taking around seven hours. Riders must be over 18 years or 16 if accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Registration from 7am and starts at 8am.
