A YOUNG black-and-white cat that was hit by a car six weeks ago is in need of a loving home.
Eighteen-month-old Abbi was badly injured in Preston and was referred from a Bamber Bridge vet to Moggies Cat Rescue, in Stansfield Street, Darwen.
After an operation to remove a leg, costing £300, she's ready for a home.
Maureen Savage, Moggies manager, said: "She's a beautiful cat and she loves people. She's now had all the treatment, so anyone who takes her on will not have to pay a thing.
"She's fine on her three legs and I think she'd make a lovely pet."
Anyone wishing to adopt Abbi should contact Maureen on 01254 708171 and leave a message.
