BLACKBURN Museum organisers underwent a busy two days at the weekend - launching four exhibitions.
From abstract art to interactive children's works, the museum is now featuring a portfolio full of new paintings and sculptures.
Judith Cain takes over the ground floor of the Museum Street building with a series of canvas landscape pieces, showing until June 7.
Offering something for the kids, the Mare's Tale boasts artwork based on fairy tales as well as interactive attractions. The display will be on show until the end of May.
A host of model boats, by Peter Coughlin, will be displayed at the Lewis Textile Museum until the end of May.
And a series of witty contemporary photos by Manchester artist Dawn Woolley will be displayed until June 7.
Rebecca Hill, museum documentation officer, said: "I think the exhibitions will do very well because they offer something for everyone."
