A LAST-MINUTE appeal has gone out for a roundabout for Baxenden Spring Fair.
Organisers were hoping to have two for Sunday's event but with five days to go their arrangements have fallen through.
The traditional Bash Spring Fair was revived three years ago for the Millennium but did not take place last year because of the Queen's Golden Jubilee.
Visitors will be able to test their agility on an army assault course or take part in a Gladiator-style duel.
Other attractions will include bouncy castle, tug-of-war, face painting and bric-a-brac.
Anyone who would like to help out, donate goods, or provide a roundabout, should contact Les Jones, vice chairman of Baxenden Forum on 01254 231944.
