COUNTRYSIDE lovers can enjoy a free activity packed day at Bury's Burrs Country Park on Sunday.
The fun starts at 11am until 3pm. Countryside Ranger, Kathryn Fairclough, said: "There's going to be lots going on and everyone is invited to join in the fun."
Activities include badge-making, willow-weaving, face-painting and demonstrations of a range of skills from coopering to bodging.
There will also be pond-dipping, a community art workshop, peg puppets, circus skills, storytelling and a fishy fun art workshop.
We are hoping to see as many people as possible on the day, so why not come along to the showground off Woodhill Road, Bury. If you don't, you will never know what you have missed."
