ST JOSEPH'S Players perform a play with a comical twist next week.
The production Brush With a Body by Maurice McLoughlin, and produced by June Lee, is one not to miss.
Action centres on the three Walling siblings, psychiatrist Henry, headmistress Cynthia and would-be actress Sarah as they prepare for their mother's homecoming.
What could go wrong? Well, everything that's what!
The play is entertaining from start to finish.
The show in St. Joseph's Hall, Chapel Street, Leigh, opens on May 13 and runs to May 17 , curtain up at 7-30pm. Tickets are £4-50 and £3 for aged 16 and under and are available on the door.
Refreshments are served each evening with a Saturday night special of cheese and wine.
Theatre fans aged 16 and over who are interested in joining the Players, either treading the boards, or with the back stage crew in sound and lighting, makeup, sewing or refreshments, will be made welcome. No experience is necessary. Ring Cath on 01942-601878 or Pauline on 01942-604603.
