Burnley Enterprise Trust is launching a new business club aimed at bringing people in self-employment from all sectors of the community together.
Debra Brown, Business Support Manager, said "There used to be an active Business Club in Burnley which I used to attend when self-employed. I personally found it worthwhile because I met new people, increased my customer base, and found it great for sharing ideas."
Sometimes running a business can be lonely, especially for those who have been used to working with other people. The Business Club is an ideal opportunity to meet like minded people who share similar problems.
The launch will be held on Wednesday, 21 May at The Inn on the Wharf, Manchester Road, Burnley. Registration is at 7 pm and is open to anyone who is in business or thinking of starting up a business.
"Many people have come through our start-up programme and this is an ideal opportunity for them to meet up again and find out how others are doing" said Debra. "We want to know what business people want from their club and this will be discussed on the launch night."
The evening will finish with a free buffet where local entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to network and share ideas.
