MARK Sutcliffe showed shot-shy White Hart that goals win matches as his second half hat-trick guided Corporation to the 'double'.
White Hart had plenty of possession but their refusal to go for goal ultimately cost them any chance of cup glory.
Corporation, already crowned Division Two champions, got the perfect start when Neil Barrett blasted home an unstoppable free kick after just three minutes.
But it was White Hart who enjoyed more of the attacking play without seriously threatening Chris Harrison's goal.
Scott Carter proved to be White Hart's driving force in the middle of the park while the surging runs of full back Aidy Taylor punctured holes in Corporation's rear guard.
But White Hart played too much 'tippy-tappy' football with Stuart Dysper, Craig Harrison and out-of-sorts Anthony Slade all reluctant to swing the ball in to the area or have a go. Taylor headed over from one Dysper corner and a rare Slade cross clipped the crossbar. Corporation took the time and hit White Hart on the break.
Liam Howard and Peter Baker combined to release Sutcliffe who forced a good save out of Steve Collins. Billy Foley then thrashed a shot wide.
It wasn't until the 57th minute that White Hart got their first real shot in on goal when Taylor found Harrison whose well struck shot just cleared the crossbar.
But within three minutes, Corporation were 2-0 when David Coates' wonderful through ball split the defence and Sutcliffe raced clear to finish with confidence.
A resurgent Harrison turned neatly on the edge of the area to force Harrison to save but moments later Peter Baker pounced on a poor goal kick to find Sutcliffe who drove the ball beyond Collins.
In the last minute, Sutcliffe completed his hat-trick but he owed it to the drive of sub Darren Lavery.
Having started the move, Lavery chased an over hit cross, turned and played the ball in for Sutcliffe to rise to head home.
