LANCASTER actors will present a rehear-sed reading from The Gulf Between Us by Trevor Griffiths in the Dukes Studio next Thursday, May 15, at 7.30pm.
First produced in 1992, it is billed as a damning indictment of the invasion and counter invasion of Kuwait in the first Gulf War.
Well-known local actors Sarah Thurstan, Stephen Tomlin, Mark Alexander, Ronan Paterson and Nick Camm will be reading from the script to bring the words alive - and the reading will be followed by an informal discussion on the issues raised.
The event is free and all are welcome -call the Dukes for more information on 01524-598500.
