A DISGRUNTLED aircraft engineer urinated on a cell floor and was said to have stuffed his blanket down the toilet after being arrested.
Burnley Magistrates heard how Carl Field, 25, was drunk and threatening as he was put in the police station cell in the early hours.
The cell would now have to have specialist cleaners in and would be out of use for some time.
Field, of Alexander Street, Nelson, admitted criminal damage. He was given a 12 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation to Lancashire Constabulary and £55 costs.
