COMEDY fans can catch John Shuttleworth when his Pillock of the Community tour comes to the Charter Theatre, Preston.
Familiar now for his television series, 500 bus stops, punk fans will remember him as Jilted John for his hit single Gordon is a Moron, in 1978.
Now, Graham Fellows, as he is really called, is taking time out from numerous television, radio and film appearances for a 38-date national tour.
The 43-year-old admitted to The Citizen that he misses his family while touring. But fatherhood hasn't mellowed his stage appearances, and he is set to introduce a brand new character to this year's show known as Dave Tordoff.
He said: "The theme of this year's show is home security and there will be CCTV cameras positioned around the theatre.
"It turns out John has borrowed them from his neighbour, Ken, and there's trouble ahead. There's lots of silly tips about how to avoid being burgled."
Graham will also try his hand at a rap, with a ditty called God's Waiting Room.
The show comes to the Charter Theatre on Sunday, May 25. For tickets call 01772 258858.
