REAL Juniors were just one of the star teams on show at Witton Park when the Blackburn and Darwen Junior League held its end of season cup finals.
For Real Juniors won the under nines Knockout Cup competition with a narrow 1-0 win against Blackburn Town.
It was a fitting way to end the season for the youngsters who had gone through the entire campaign without losing a single game.
The winner Real Juniors team included Liam Holden, Oliver Scott, Masenge Maladn, Oliver Holder, Andrew Atkin, Sam Ashton, Lewis Staffa, Reece Eccles and Joshua Garlick.
Accoutre under 10s were another team who rounded off their fantastic season with some more silverware -- winning their age group cup final.
Having already been crowned league champions, again without losing a game, Accoutre were pushed all the way by Haslingden Red who they beat 4-2 but only after extra time.
The Accoutre team included Alex Needham, Connor Doherty, Max Nelson, Matt Lambe, Steve Eddleston, Elliot Grierson, Jordan Campbell, Luke Hutchinson, Joe Hudson, Pat O'Brien, Jake McLean and Alex Pilkington.
Lammack Juniors made up for missing out on the league title to Ossie United when they won the under 11s knockout final.
Lammack, who finished as league runners-up, beat Haslingden Red 2-1.
Witton Park was also the venue for the Consolation Cups in each age group.
In the under nines final, Haslingden Red beat JFC Dynamos 2-1. Blackburn Eagles were worthy winners in the under 11s final when they ran out 4-1 winners against Haslingen Blue.
The under 10s final between Rossendale Valley and Lammack will take place at Lammack on Sunday, May 18 (kick off 2.15pm).
The league also held an under eights football festival which was held over three weeks.
And it was Great Harwood Tigers who were crowned Team of the Festival, pipping Langho Red to the honours.
Darwen Rangers Boys were winners of their section while Mellor Red also won their section.
League secretary Paul Bassett said: "It was a great day for all the teams involved and a fitting way to end another successful season."
The league is now looking for teams for next season and is hoping to start up an under sevens league.
