YOUNG guns Dean Clarke and Adam Kozlowski were the Old Blacks heroes with the goals that clinch cup glory at Accrington Stanley's Crown Ground.
The pair gave the Old Blacks a dream start with a goal apeice in the opening 10 minutes -- with 'Deano' completing his personal double 10 minutes from time.
Kozlowski, Old Blacks best player on the night, drilled home a low shot from the edge of the area after just three minutes following good work from Clarke.
Mark Haggart then fired over the bar before Old Blacks double their lead.
Dave Wright's long ball down the wing found Haggart who hooked the ball inside to Clarke. The speedy striker then showed great determination to shrug off the last defender before racing clear to beat Dillon Blake at his near post.
The referee then made the first of his many errors when Kenny Langford was blantantly hacked down in the box -- Kozlowski then had a shot cleared off the line soon after.
Little Lever were rarely an attacking force but Michael Hart did clip the outside of the post with a firm header to which the referee awarded a corner!
After the break, the Bolton side showed more urgency and Darren Brierley and Martin Walker both went close in the opening minutes. There was now a cageyness about Old Blacks play but Colin Chambers tackles like a demon in the middle of the park to make sure Little Lever didn't get the upperhand.
The Old Blacks younger side were always capable of catching Little Lever on the break and so it proved in the 6oth minute. Billy Maxwell cooly played the ball out of defence to Haggart whose wonderful first time pass released Clarke who skipped around the keeper but could not finish from a tight angle.
Kieron Bentley, who proved to have a save pair of hands all day, made his first significant save soon after when Dave Commons and Walker combined to find John Brierley in the box but his shot was palmed away by the keeper.
Haggart then came close to grabbing Old Blacks third when he volleyed just wide before Clarke grabbed the clincher.
The striker showed great awareness to latch on to a long throw and beat the outstretched Blake with a looping header.
With victory now assured, Old Blacks wanted to keep a clean sheet and Bentley produced two great late saves to do so. First he kept out a low drive from Barry Hargreaves and kept his best until last to push away a fine shot from sub Daniel Lowe.
