STAFF at a village school are celebrating a cash boost for the second successive year, as reward for good teaching and commitment.
Teachers at Tockholes Primary have received a School Achievement Award worth £1,750 for their dedication to raising standards. The school was notified by the Department of Education and Skills.
Headteacher Barbara Cocken said: "We have 48 pupils here and because we have fewer than ten pupils in each year group, our SAT results aren't published, but each of our pupils are monitored and their progress tracked."
