TWENTY-two-year-old Richard Bourke of Stavesacre, Leigh appeared before Bolton Magistrates charged with death by dangerous driving, obtaining services by deception and three further counts of dangerous driving.
The charges relate to a fatal road accident which occurred on Bradshaw Road, Bolton on Thursday, April 17 in which a 20-year-old man died and a 38-year-old man is still in hospital in a critical condition. Bourke was granted bail with strict conditions.
The case has been committed to Bolton Crown Court to be heard on Monday, July 5.
