LEIGH Cricket Club's ladies' darts and dominoes section scored a bullseye to help make life easier for children of Chernobyl.
They knocked spots off a fundraising challenge to raise a magnificent total of £650 for the Medicine and Chernobyl Culcheth group which brings young victims of the 1986 nuclear disaster for a respite holiday in the Leigh area.
Fundraisers wants to thank everyone who helped make this event and a car boot sale at Hindley market such giant successes.
Anyone interested in getting involved with the group's work can contact chairman, Paul Appleton, on 01942 262011.
