BLACKBURN MP and Foreign Secretary Jack Straw was visiting East Lancashire Hospice today to sign up to its in-house lottery.
More than 3,200 members have signed up and organisers are hoping to hit 7,000 by the end of the year.
Lottery manager Harry Grayson said: "We're delighted to have secured the Foreign Secretary's support and I'm grateful for the time he's taken out of his busy schedule to endorse the lottery."
Anyone wishing to join and make a regular and vital contribution to patients and their families' quality of life can call Ann or Harry on 01254 342847.
