A LETTER to the Anti Nazi League and their supporters. You call supporters and members of the BNP "racist scum." Let's look at what you have created.
It is your ilk that has created the curtailment of the freedom of speech via the race acts. No consultation of the native population ever took place with regard to immigration in 1947 up to the present day.
The culture of diversity which is so readily espoused and praised is in effect illegal. Britain belongs to the British people and it is only they that can give it away, not New Labour or the Tories or the Lib Dems.
But a clear protest is illegal because the use of the race act prevents the awkward truth of the matter from coming into the public eye.
The Human Rights Act 1998 sets out criteria to provide protection of the rights of individuals:
Everyone has the right to freedom of expression to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas, without interference by public authority and regardles of frontiers.
The exercise of these freedoms may be subject to such formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, or for the protection of others.
Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and to freedom of association with others including the right to form and join trade unions.
No restriction shall be placed on the exercise of these rights other than such are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society in the interests of national security or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedom of others. This article shall not prevent the imposition of lawful restrictions on the exercise of these rights by members of the armed forces, of the police or of the administration of the state.
The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in this convention shall be secured without discrimination on any ground such as sex, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, association with a national minority, property birth or other status.
From the above it is evident that organisations whose prime objectives are to restrict the freedom of speech and right to assembly of people whose views they disagree with, dubbing such people as "Nazis," "fascists," "bigots," etc, are infringing the human rights of their targets.
It is a fact that nationalist political parties have to arrange their meetings in an atmosphere of security to prevent their disruption by such organisations as the Anti Nazi League and Anti Fascist Action. These groups are therefore operating contrary to the act.
It follows that organisations which seek to prevent those whose opinions they disagree with from freedom of expression and association are acting against the law.
Furthermore the UN Convention states as regards "asylum seekers" that they should apply for 'asylum' in the first 'peaceful' country they arrive in. Why then do these people pass through numerous other 'peaceful' countries, finally ending up in Britain?
These acts are also illegal under UN Convention rules as regards asylum seeking.
