ORIGINAL members of one of the Eighties most influential ska bands, The Beat, play Blackburn's North Bar next Friday.
Twist and Crawl, which includes Beat members Ranking Roger, Everett Morton and Saxa will perform a set of new songs and some Beat classics.
The Beat were renowned for their infectious tunes and political lyrics and had hits with songs such as Mirror in the Bathroom, Can't Get Used To Losing You and Stand Down Margaret.
Recently The Beat performed a renuiong gig at London's Royal Festival Hall with singer Dave Wakeling, and Twist and Crawl have gained a huge following for their live shows.
Tickets are £10, available from the North Bar on Town Hall Street.
