A FOOTBALL hooligan who breached an order banning him from Burnley Football Club's ground Turf Moor will also be banned from leaving his house at certain times of the day.
Nicholas Speake, 25, of Boundary Street, Burnley, appeared before magistrates in Burnley yesterday after his case was previously adjourned because a report had not been compiled.
Magistrates told him he was very lucky he had not been sent to prison after constantly breaching the order.
It was decided that the football order ban would continue until November 17, 2005.
He was also put under curfew for six months, which would stop him going out of his house between 11pm and 7am, Monday to Friday, and between 1pm and 7pm, Saturday and Sunday.
