A MYSTERY 62-year-old Leigh woman hit the bank holiday bingo jackpot by winning £102,000.
The housewife and long time bingo fan will share her Monday good fortune with her two sisters.
The lucky, but shy, was the first National game winner at BJ's Club which opened eight weeks ago in Ellesmere Street, Leigh.
When she realised how much she had won the stunned mum and grandma revealed she had to stay calm because she suffers from angina.
She said: "I won £1,000 a few years ago but haven't had much luck lately. I go to bingo with my two sisters about three times a week. We always share whatever any of us wins and this time will be no different."
The winner and her 64-years-old husband, who is a soon-to-retire plumber, have a daughter and two grandchildren.
Grandma won the National Bingo Game prize of £100,000 plus a regional prize of £2,525 and the club prize of £170, having completed a full house in 42 numbers, the least total nationwide.
