ACCRINGTON Stanley have already sold a record number of season tickets, despite them only being on sale for less than four weeks.
Fans have bombarded the offices at the Crown Ground to buy season tickets and support Stanley's first season in the Nationwide Conference.
Chairman Eric Whalley said "We are absolutely delighted with the number of season tickets we have sold.
"It shows that people are really behind us as we prepare for our first season of Nationwide Conference football.
"Unfortunately the gate prices will rise next season with the step up to a higher level of football. However we have tried to reward our regular supporters by making the season tickets excellent value for money."
Season tickets include entry into all first team Nationwide Conference matches, reserve team Lancashire League matches and youth team LFA Under 18 Floodlit League matches for the 2003/04 season 2003/04.
In addition to the standard season ticket, the patrons ticket includes a matchday programme and half-time refreshments in the club's sponsors lounge.
Season ticket prices are as follows: Child (under 12) - £20.00, £15.00; Youth (under 17), OAP, student (with card) - £80.00, £70.00; Adult - £170.00, £160.00; Patron - £220.00, £210.00; Life membership OAP - £280.00; Life membership £1,000.00.
As there was a delay releasing season ticket details while Stanley checked on Conference regulations regarding pricing, the discount period has been extended by one week until Saturday June 7.
Application forms are available from the Stanley Sports Store.
