HOMEOWNERS in the SRB6 areas of Burnley will now be able to get free help and advice to maintain their homes.
The Home Maintenance Project will be officially launched next Wednesday at Burnley Business Centre to offer homeowners help to identify repairs and maintain their properties.
The Mayor of Burnley, Councillor Lillian Clarke, will be attending, as well as Collette Duncan who will talk about her experience as one of the first customers of the project.
Coun Carole Galbraith will explain how the project links in with local strategies to improve communities.
Lynne Ellacott, project co-ordinator said: "The overall aim of the Home Maintenance Project is to provide peace of mind to homeowners by helping them to have maintenance work carried out on their home by reliable trades people and saving them money at the same time."
