PEOPLE developing environmental projects in Pendle will be able to find out how to access funding for their work at a workshop organised by Pendle's Community Economic Development (CED) Team.
Representatives from various funding schemes and bodies will be on hand from 11.30am on Tuesday, June 10 in the Youth and Community Centre, in Colne Road, Brierfield, to explain the criteria and eligibility of different types of funding.
Katharine Cowley, of Lancashire County Council, will provide information about the LEAF and Small Sites Reclamation Grant schemes.
Helen Blyth, of Pendle Council, will talk about the Green Partnership Scheme and Tricia Wilson, representing the Canal Small Projects Fund, will explain the process of applying for a grant for work along the canal and in its corridor.
CED Officer Asfan Khan said: "This is a great opportunity for people to find out how to access environmental funding."
