MANCHESTER Dogs' Home is seeking an owner for Murphy, a cross whippet.
Murphy was admitted to the Home in May after being picked up by the Tameside Dog Warden in the Droylsden area.
He is light brown in colour, small and slender, and approximately two years old. He will fetch a ball and has had some training as he will obey basic commands such as sit, paw.
He has been vaccinated and neutered.
This is a very friendly dog, who is friendly with both people and other dogs, so could be rehomed with a person/family who already have a dog.
He needs an owner who can give him plenty of exercise, a keen walker would be ideal, or someone who would take him out and throw the ball for him.
Anyone who could offer Murphy a home, should contact Manchester Dogs' Home, Crofter's House, Moss Brook Road, Harpurhey, Manchester M9 5PG.
Or if anyone knows the owners of this dog, they should contact the Home.
