STAFF at a Burnley special school have been praised for their 'good teamwork' in a Government Ofsted inspection report.
The report, published this week, says that all the pupils at Westway School make good progress "in spite of the fact that they have moderate, severe or profound learning difficulties, severe communication difficulties, autism, physical disability or complex medical difficulties."
Staff are also praised for the 'respectful' way they help pupils who require physical assistance.
Jane Frecic, associate headteacher at the time of the inspection, said: "We are thrilled with the report which reflects the excellent work."
