ACTORS are wanted for the musical productions of 'Annie' and 'Oliver' at the Charter Theatre, Preston.

Budding actors should contact the Little Players Drama School on 01772 697100 for an information pack to perform in Oliver. Annie hopefuls should attend the open auditions on June, 22, from 10am-4pm at the Guild Hall, Preston.

FREE CDs from Indie punk band Wowzer can be won in a treasure hunt at their gig in the Adelphi pub, Fylde Street, Preston, on June 19.

The band members, from Preston and Leyland, are celebrating the release of their new single by playing special launch gigs -- also including one at Chorley Community Centre on June 7 -- and hiding their CDs around the venues.
