A VOLUNTARY service celebrating its fifth anniversary has expanded to new offices.
The Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Council for Voluntary Service has moved from the Globe Centre in Accrington to new premises in nearby Canon Street.
The organisation supports voluntary and community groups by providing information, advice and practical support.
Its members include voluntary organisations, registered charities, community and self-help groups.
It helps voluntary and community groups establish and expend their services in response to the needs of local communities.
Practical support is also given by way of a resource library, access to office equipment and meeting rooms.
