Women from across the region recently visited female owned businesses, eager to learn from their success. Burnley Enterprise Trust hosted a Best Practice visit at the request of the Lancashire-Wide Network for Minority Ethnic Women and the Women's Business Network.
A group of female entrepreneurs from Liverpool met successful Asian businesswoman Mrs Jan Mohammed of Dil Pasand, who owns a successful clothing design shop located on Colne Road, Burnley. Lunch followed at The Ridge, a delightful restaurant and function venue recently set up by Pam Eglin and Wendy Locke with help from Burnley Enterprise Trust.
