Separate applications, one for 20 homes and another for 10, from Wyman Homes Limited for the former Lowton Village Club site have been sent to Wigan Council planners.
Other applications include; 19 Richmond Road, Hindley - side conservatory and higher wall; 6 Woodstock Close, Leigh - dining room extension and bay window; 6 Friars Close, Tyldesley - rear conservatory; Kay House Farm, Moss Lane, Astley - temporary pre-fabricated building; land at Gadbury Fold, Atherton - addition to land zoned for residential development; Intack Farm, Close Lane, Hindley - bungalow to replace farm house; 27 Lime Grove, Lowton - two storey rear extension and front porch; 11 Bardney Avenue, Golborne - two storey side extension; Golborne Enterprise Park - two industrial units; 3 Glendale Road, Mosley Common - single storey side extension; 236 St Helens Road, Leigh - two storey side extension, rear conservatory; 17 Crossdale Road, Hindley - side extension; 25 Manor Avenue, Golborne - two storey side and rear extension.
Recent Salford City Council planning applications include: 5 Leaconfield Drive, Boothstown - two storey extension and conservatory; 71 Vicars Hall Gardens, Boothstown - relocate fence; 40 Birchfield Drive, Boothstown - side extension.
