A TEENAGE girl who won a place at a prestigious school is appealing for help to meet the cost of the course -- and make her dreams come true.
Chloe Staunton, from Lowton, beat off people from America and Europe to win a place at the world famous Merseyside Dance and Drama School.
But the 16-year-old, who wants to make a name for herself on stage in musicals like Chicago and Cats, desperately needs financial help to help meet the £6,000 a year course fees over a three year period.
Chloe said: "It was an absolutely amazing feeling to actually get on the course. It's always been my dream to be a dancer, I just couldn't believe it when I found out I'd got on the course.
"But the course is so expensive, I just don't know how I'm going to pay for it. If anybody at all can help in any way please get in touch."
Her father, Jay, added: "Chloe has done really well to get on the course. It's so tough to win a place on the course -- there are only 40 places and competition is fierce. I just hope Chloe can get some financial help from someone."
