TWO men were due to appear before magistrates today in connection with a drive-by shooting in Carlton Road, Burnley.
Samuel John Watson, 20, of Grindleton Grove, Burnley, is charged with making threats to kill, having a firearm whilst committing an offence and possession of a shotgun with intent to cause fear of violence.
Stephen Forsyth, 24, of the same address, is charged with having a firearm whilst committing an offence and possession of a shotgun with intent to cause fear of violence.
Both were arrested on Friday, almost a week after the alleged incident in Carlton Road at about 6.20pm on Saturday, May 30, and remanded in custody.
