THE Conservative leader at County Hall has named his shadow team for the coming year - including councillors from Pendle and Longridge.
And County Councillor Michael Welsh has promised that his party will provide a "lively" opposition to the ruling Labour group.
County councillor Shelagh Derwent (Pendle West) has been given shadow responsibility for schools and adult education and county councillor Mary Wilson takes on responsibility for adult services.
