TWO men have been remanded on bail after an alleged drive-by shooting in Carlton Street, Burnley.
Samuel John Watson, 20, and Stephen Forsyth, 24, both of Grindleton Grove, Burnley, were conditionally bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court on July 2.
The pair were arrested on Friday almost a week after the alleged incident at about 6.20pm last Saturday.
The defendants have been in custody since.
Watson is charged with making threats to kill, having a firearm while committing an offence and possession of a shotgun with intent to cause fear of violence.
His co-defendant faces allegations of having a firearm while committing an offence and possessing a shotgun with intent to cause fear of violence.
