A MAN hanged himself in his garage with an electric cable after a 10-month battle with depression, an inquest heard.
Terry Graham, aged 54, became depressed last year after he lost his job as an engineer.
Mr Graham, of Hendon Street, Leigh, hanged himself at his home on March 24 and was later found by his wife Christine.
Coroner Jennifer Leeming, said at the inquest in Bolton yesterday, that she was not certain that Mr Graham had planned his death. She recorded an open verdict.
