A BURGLAR jailed by a judge four days ago has been given a second prison sentence to run at the same time.
Stuart David Brown, 25, was sent to custody for six months at Burnley Crown Court, last Friday, after admitting assault causing actual bodily harm and escape.
Yesterday he was given a one month term, to run at the same time, after earlier pleading guilty to two counts of vehicle interference, driving while unfit through drugs, burglary and motoring allegations.
Brown, of Sackville Street, Brierfield, was also given a 12 months conditional discharge and banned from driving for a year.
Emma Keogh, prosecuting, told the court police spoke to the defendant after he was seen to collide with a concrete fence in a car.
