This week, with SUZANNE McCULLOCH, award-winning artist in residence at the Platform Gallery, Clitheroe
MEMORY: I was three years old and I remember standing at the top of the stairs and shouting: "Catch me" to my mum, who was standing at the foot of the stairs, just before jumping down to her. She had her hands full of cups of tea. I think she just dropped everything and caught me!
SCHOOL: Ursuline Infants in Blundel Sands, Liverpool.
HOME: I lived with my family on Rosemoor Drive in Thornton, Liverpool.
CHILDHOOD FANTASY: I really loved unicorns when I was a child and my dad used to leave presents under an oak tree near my school and tell me the unicorns had left them.
JOB: I worked behind the counter in a local fruit and veg shop when I was about 13. It was owned by a friend of my mum's. I really enjoyed it -- I loved talking to all the old dears when they came in.
RECORD: The Birdie Song. I think my mum bought it for me when I was very young. When they played it, I used to waggle.
HOBBY: I drew and painted all the time. I was always doing something arty. I think you could tell, even as a baby, I was going to be artistic.
CAR: My boyfriend Matthew says I'm one of the few people who really shouldn't drive, because I'm very dizzy. I would be frightened of driving, anyway!
