A GROUP of children from the Belarus area of Russia recently enjoyed a month's stay in the Ribble Valley.
They visited the Bowland Wild Boar Park, near Chipping, and took part in activities at Knowle Green Village Hall.
The youngsters are all victims of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster of 1986. During their stay they receive general medical and optical care, plus a lot of tender loving care.
