I AM a resident just around the corner from Mr Bostock and I have to say that if Mr Bruce thinks that this man is doing us and the environment a favour, then he needs his head examined!
I am unable to put my rubbish outside my front garden the night before collection due to this nuisance.
On the one occasion, just after moving to the area that I did, at 3am I had to go outside and clean up the mess left on the pavement by 'The Womble'.
My partner and I caught Mr Bostock ripping open our bin bags some of which contained used cat litter, and tipping them all over the pavement and this isn't an isolated incident!
Many an early Tuesday morning on my way home from work at 6am, I have seen bin bags ripped open and the contents all over the pavement. The bin men won't take rubbish not in bags, nor will they clean up the mess left by this nuisance.
Anyone who frequents the shops at Ansdell Road or uses the Bloomfield Pub will know this gentleman's house, it's not hard to miss!
The windows are boarded up and the garden full of rubbish, I feel sorry for the poor people who have to live next door to him.
How many people have had their identity stolen, credit cards put in their name without their knowledge by people rummaging through their rubbish and taking what they can find?
Things are bad enough with people littering the streets and allowing their dogs to foul the pavements without this nuisance emptying people's rubbish all over the place to see what he can find.
The sooner he is gotten rid of, the better and I'm sure many of the residents around the Bloomfield pub area will agree.
