A MAN who bought child pornography computer discs from a car boot sale is facing jail after admitting a catalogue of offences.
Stuart Bulling, 35, of Hobson Street, Rawtenstall, pleaded guilty at Burnley Crown Court to 11 counts of indecent assault, taking indecent photographs of children and possession of indecent photographs of children.
All the offences were committed between 2000 and 2002 and involved youngsters aged between eight and 16.
A further count of indecent assault was ordered to lie on the file and a not guilty verdict was also returned on an animal cruelty charge, which Bulling had denied.
Bulling's defence barrister David Timkin handed a letter to Judge Raymond Bennett, in which Bulling said he thought his victims had been interested in some of the things he was doing to them, but that he never meant to hurt anyone.
He said he bought a set of CD Roms from a car boot sale and had intended to throw them away.
The case was adjourned for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
Bulling was remanded on bail with conditions to live at his current address, not to use a camera in a public place, not to use computer equipment and not to have contact with children under 16.
He will be sentenced at Burnley Crown Court on Friday, July 18.
